What is the shipping policy?

The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 working days.

Europe: 2–5 working days.

International: 7–10 working days.

Pre-orders may have an average delivery time of 2–4 weeks. If you live outside the EU, delivery may take 2–4 weeks plus our standard dispatch time. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number, so you can track your parcel at any time.

Returns:
You can return your order hassle-free within 14 days. As soon as we’ve received your parcel, we’ll refund the purchase price straight away via your original payment method.
